Chop the ham very thinly and very finely, then mix the Worstershire,
cream cheese and about 2/3 of the ham. The ball should be a good tan
color. Then form this into a ball and roll it in the rest of the ham so
that it's coated with ham "flakes". Serve it with crackers, celery or
anything you think would go well.
We LOVE this and I wind up making at least 4 in the
holiday season!
