Shrimp Salsa

"Trust me it is not hot" I keep this made up
all of the time quick and easy It was just veggies but then my husband
loves meat so I added the shrimp we all love hot spicy foods and this is
the favorite for super bowl day but also for snack for watching videos
Ingredients
1 lb.
shrimp, raw, peeled and de-veined, chopped |
Juice of 6
limes |
3 Tbsp.
ketchup |
chopped 1
cucumber |
5 Roma
tomatoes |
chopped 1
bunch cilantro |
chopped 1
pickled jalapeño pepper |
chopped 2
Tbsp. jalapeño pepper juice |
6-oz.
can V8® juice |
1 medium
red onion chopped 2 Tbsp |
olive oil

1 avocado,
peeled and chopped |
Directions
Instructions Mix shrimp and lime juice
together and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Combine remaining
ingredients except for oil, avocado and tortilla chips. Refrigerate. When
marinated shrimp is done, drain and combine with oil and sauce. Serve with
avocado and tortilla chips.
