Grandma's Homemade Noodles
2 to 3 eggs |
3 to 4 T. water |
Pinch of salt |
Pinch of baking powder |
Flour |

Crack eggs in a large bowl, mix well, then add water, salt and baking
powder. Mix well. Start adding flour. Use enough flour to make a stiff
dough. Roll out and cut. Let dry 30 minutes if you have time. Add to
boiling broth. Cook until tender.
