Hot Cocoa Mix

7½ c. powdered milk |
1c. powdered cocoa |
2 c. granulated sugar |
|
miniature marshmallows |

Mix all ingredients together, and add marshmallows to your discretion, or
leave marshmallows out, and add once cocoa is made up with liquid.
Store mixture in an air tight container. To mix up a Cup of Hot
Chocolate: Mix 1/3 c. cocoa mix, with 1 cup heated water, or for creamier
hot chocolate mix with 1 c. Heated milk. Add marshmallows. Very
yummy!

I have seen recipes where they
will substitute the different flavored
creamers for some of the powdered milk for a "classier" taste of Hot
chocolate. Like Irish Cream, French vanilla, cinnamon Chocolate,
Amaretto........etc.
This mix makes great Christmas Gifts too. Put in a pint, or quart
container, and put a tag on the outside with mix instructions. I did
this one year, and they were a big hit!
