Raspberry
Hot Cocoa Mix
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup nondairy creamer powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 packets unsweetened raspberry Kool-Aid
5 1/2 cups instant dry milk powder
1. Sift together the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, nondairy creamer,
salt and Kool-Aid into a large bowl.
2. Stir in the milk powder.
3. Store tightly sealed.
Yield: about 9 cups.
Gift Tag: To serve, put 3 Tablespoons into a cup and add hot water. Stir.
