Best Brownies EVER!!
6oz. unsweetened chocolate
squares |
1 1/2 sticks of butter [never
margarine] |
6 eggs |
3 cups of sugar |
1Tbsp. vanilla extract |
1 1/2 cups of flour |
1 cup nuts chopped |

Preheat oven to 325 F.
In a heavy saucepan with double boiler on top,
melt the chocolate with the butter, over low to medium heat. When the
chocolate mixture is melted, put aside to cool. In a mixing bowl,
combine eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until very fluffy. Then add the
melted chocolate mixture. Combine well, and fold in the flour, and nuts.
[or not] Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper, rubbing both the
pan, as well as the paper with Crisco. Pour the brownie batter onto the
prepared pan, and bake in your preheated oven for 25 minutes.
NOTE: The brownies will be VERY "fudgie"
inside and not dry. When cooled, frost, [if you choose] and cut them
into 1" squares.
