Cranberry-Pumpkin
Bread
First:
2¼ c. flour
1 t. baking soda
½ t. salt
1 T. pumpkin Spice
Mix these ingredients in a large bowl, and make a well in the middle.
Second:
2 eggs
½ c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 c. canned pumpkin
Mix together, and pour in flour mix.
Third:
Add 1 c. chopped fresh cranberries, 1 c. chopped nuts (also,
good
without the nuts).
Stir just enough to mix well.
Fourth:
Spoon into a well greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees, about 1 hour,
or until done.
Makes one loaf. Can easily be doubled.
