You will
need a Graham Cracker crust from the grocery store. Bake at 325° for 5
minutes. Cool completely before making the filling.
Into 2
cups of milk, add 1 tub of Country Time Sugar Free Lemonade mix and a
large box of Sugar/Fat Free Instant Vanilla Pudding. Stir for 2 minutes
with a wire whisk. Add 1 cup of Cool Whip Free and whisk lightly until
all is mixed. Pour into cooled pie shell. Chill for maybe an hour or
so. Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip Free. This is cool and refreshing
and light enough for a summer desert.
