Crust: Blend chopped nuts,
flour, and margarine together and press into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Layer #1: Cream peanut butter and
cream cheese; add sugar. Blend in cool whip. Spread over crust.
Layer#2: Blend together Chocolate
pudding, vanilla pudding and milk. Spread over layer 1
Layer #3: Spread cool whip over layer
#2.
Layer #4: Top with chopped nuts and
crushed chocolate.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
