Pineapple Dessert
8oz low fat or non-fat sour cream |
1 large pack Jell-O instant Vanilla pudding |
20 oz can crushed pineapple, do not drain |
graham cracker crumbs |
Mix first three ingredients thoroughly. You can either pour into a
serving bowl and top with crushed graham cracker crumbs, OR sprinkle
crumbs into bottom of 10x10 pan, carefully spoon mixture over top, and top
with more crumbs. Chill. Cut into squares to serve.
