Purple Stuff
2 6oz packages Raspberry Jell-O |
1 15oz can blueberries |
2 cups boiling water |
1 8oz can crushed pineapple |
Topping:
1 8oz cream cheese, softened |
16oz container sour cream |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 tsp vanilla |
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add blueberry and pineapple. Pour
into 9x13 flat dish, chill until set. Mix topping ingredients and spread
over Jell-O. Chill for a short time.
For a low-fat variety, use low- or non-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
The recipe works just as well.
