Beef, Chili and Rice

pound ground beef |
1/4 cup minced onions |
1
cup chopped celery |
2
cups cooked rice |
1
15oz can Dennison’s chili |
2/3 cup mayonnaise |
1
can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes |
2
cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1
package Fritos corn chips |
Salt, pepper to taste. |

Preheat oven to 350
Brown
meat with onion. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except
cheese and corn chips. Turn into 3 quart casserole.
Bake
covered 35-40 minutes, or until heated through. Top with cheese. Return to
oven 5 minutes, or until cheese melts. Serve with corn chips.
