Brunch Casserole

box Brownberry Seasoned croutons |
1 package ham steak,
OR 2 pks brown-n-serve sausage |
2
1/2 cups milk |
3
cups shredded cheddar cheese |
6
beaten eggs |
1
can cream of mushroom soup |
1
can mushrooms, drained |
1/4 cup milk |
salt, pepper to taste |
Grease
bottom and sides of 9x13 pan. Pour croutons in bottom.
Dice
cooked meat. Sprinkle over croutons. Combine eggs, cheese and 2 1/2 cups
milk. Stir until smooth, pour over croutons and meat. Combine soup,
mushrooms and 1/4 cup milk, and seasonings. Mix until smooth. Pour over
mixture.
Cover
and refrigerate overnight.
To bake:
Do not
preheat oven. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 1 hour. Let sit before
cutting.
