Chicken Dinners in Foil
6
boneless chicken breasts |
12 small red potatoes, cut up |
1
bag frozen peas and carrots |
1
can cream of mushroom soup |
1
envelope onion soup mix |

Preheat
oven to 450
Tear
off six large pieces of foil. Place 1 piece of chicken and 2 cut-up
potatoes on each piece. Divide peas and carrots between six chicken
breasts. In small bowl, mix together soup and onions. Spoon over chicken
and vegetables. Wrap securely in foil, place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake
about 50 minutes until chicken is tender.
