Chicken-Rice Casserole

boneless chicken breasts |
2
envelopes onion soup mix

2
cans cream of celery soup |
1
can mushrooms -- do not drain |
1
cup chopped celery |
3/4 cup milk |
2
cups Minute rice, uncooked |
lemon
pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350
Cook
chicken, chop into cubes. In 8x10 casserole dish, mix all ingredients
except chicken and onions. Spread chicken on top of mixture. Sprinkle
onion soup on chicken.
Bake
covered 45 minutes.
