Creamy Tomato Beef Farfalle
1 lbs ground beef |
1/4 cup minced onions |
1/8 tsp garlic powder |
1
can diced Mexican-style tomatoes |
1
16oz container fresh salsa |
1
2oz jar pimentos, drained |
8oz package farfalle (bow-tie) pasta |

tbs sugar |
1 tsp chili powder |
3/4 tsp salt |

cup sour cream |

Cook
beef with onions; drain. In large pot, stir together all ingredients
except sour cream. Heat to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer
about 20 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender. Stir in sour
cream; heat through. Serves 6.
