Cook spinach as directed; drain. Brown beef and sausage; add salt, pepper, oregano and Worcestershire sauce; stir in chopped spinach. Cook noodles; drain and rinse thoroughly. Arrange in 9x13 inch pan ½ noodles, ½ meat, ½ cheese; repeat. Combine soup and milk and spread over casserole and let it seep in. Spread tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
