Lasagna Toss
1 lbs ground beef |
1/4 cup minced onions |
1 jar spaghetti sauce |
12 oz package spiral noodles

16oz container cottage
cheese |
2
cups mozzarella, shredded
|
Preheat
oven to 350.
Brown
meat with onions. Mix with spaghetti sauce. Cook noodles according to
package directions. Stir into meat mixture.
Place ½
of noodle mixture into 3 quart casserole. Cover with cottage cheese and 1
cup mozzarella. Add remaining noodles, top with remaining cheese.
Bake
20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
