No Peek Beef

pounds stew meat |

can mushrooms, drained |
2
cans cream of mushroom soup |
2
envelopes onion soup mix |
1
cup cooking wine |
1/2 cup water |
Preheat
oven to 300
Cut
stew meat into small chunks. Combine all ingredients in 3 quart casserole
dish. Bake 3 hours, covered tightly. Don’t peek while cooking. Serve over
rice.
