Pasta al Pesto
My sister says this is awesome!

4 cups basil (has to be fresh basil, not dried)

½ cup olive oil

2 cloves garlic

6 sprigs parsley

salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup pine nuts, walnuts, or almonds

½ cup fresh grated Parmesan or Romano cheese

Place the basil in a blender (don't make this with dried basil, it won't work). Add the garlic, oil, parsley, salt, pepper, and nuts.  Blend until all are chopped very fine.  Remove from the blender, and add the cheese.

Toss a little of this great sauce w/ thin hot spaghetti, and top with a little more cheese.  TASTY.

Did you know you can make REAL, ACTUAL quilt blocks with your hoop????  With my technique you'll end up with 3, 4 or 6" finished blocks.  No experience needed.  Detailed, pictorial instructions are included.
