MACARONI SALAD
2 cups macaroni |
1 tsp Mustard, prepared |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup celery, chopped |
2 tsp Pimento; chopped |
2 tsp Green onion (more if you
prefer

2 tsp Sweet pickle relish
(optional) |
salt & pepper to
taste
paprika |
In large uncovered pan
cook macaroni in boiling water, according to package, until tender but
firm, about 7 to 9 minutes. Drain, Rinse with cold water. Drain well.
Return macaroni to pot. Combine next 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Mix
well. Add to macaroni. Toss together well. Lastly, I add 3 or 4 chopped
hard boiled eggs. Toss gently to mix. Put into serving bowl and sprinkle
with paprika. Chill for one hour or more. If you prefer your salad more
moist, add a bit of milk.
