Onion Roasted Potatoes
2# red potatoes, sliced ½" thick |
1/3 c. vegetable oil |
1 envelope dry onion soup mix |
Combine all ingredients in a large plastic bag; shake until well coated.
Empty bag into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Cover and bake in 350
degree oven for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and bake 15
minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
Yields: 6-8 servings

Favorite Restaurant? It is a privately owned Restaurant In Macon,
MO (about an hour and a half from where I live)....On the Weekends they
have a buffet that is to die for. Long Branch Restaurant.
Favorite Food: ALL, except brussel sprouts, and aspargus---ugggg!
