Seafood Macaroni Salad

cups uncooked elbow macaroni |
1
6oz can cooked shrimp, drained and rinsed |
1
6oz can cooked crabmeat, drained and rinsed |
2
cups chopped celery |
3-4 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped |
1
cup mayonnaise |
3
Tbs sweet pickle relish |
1
Tbs mustard |
salt and pepper to taste |
Cook
macaroni, drain. In large bowl, combine macaroni, shrimp, crabmeat,
celery, eggs; set aside. In small bowl, mix mayo, pickle relish, mustard,
seasonings. Add to macaroni mixture. Toss lightly. Cover and chill.
